8. Subscriptions & Billing*

Subscriptions for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) and Intelligent Signage are managed through My Plans and My Billing.

Subscription Activation

Activate the desired subscription (CEP or Intelligent Signage) from My Plans
After the trial period ends, a valid payment method is required to continue service
Subscription status updates automatically once activation is complete

Invoices

Subscription invoices appear under My Billing → My Subscriptions.

Invoice table columns include:
